Have you got what it takes?
Our biggest and most prestigious award is reserved for the truly dedicated and tenacious road warrior. The DECATHLETE award recognizes those who have completed specific events or series 10 times. Yes, you read that correctly, ONE ENTIRE DECADE of blood, sweat and tears to make it all the way to the finish line.
Again. And Again. And Again.
So what do you think? There's no time like today to lace up the shoes, hit the roads and get into your training. Who knows? In ten year's time, we could be adding your name to the list of legends below!
Important!
Series based awards are achieved by finishing all events (and, therefore, recording series points for that event) within that edition of the series. So finishing all events in the 2018/19 series counts as one point towards the ten required to achieve the DECATHLETE series award.
Virtual runs only count towards DECATHLETE qualification where the original in-person event was cancelled. This means that only the 2020 Run Albany and 2020 Waterfront Half Marathon virtual finish times are counted. No other virtual finish times are accepted for this award.

Notes:
- This event was called the "Devonport Classic" in 2014 and 2015. Devonport Classic editions prior to 2014 were not produced by Running Events and are ineligible.
- Two Omaha events were held in 2016. "Omaha Classic" in April 2016 and Omaha Half Marathon in December 2016, both of which are eligible. Previous editions of Omaha Classic (not produced by Running Events) are ineligible.
- 2020 Waterfront Half Marathon was fully virtual and is eligible for award.
- Previously known as "Albany Lakes Summer Series" - all of which are eligible.
